Shipping Policy
  • In case if the email address is wrongly inserted, please email us at your correct email together with order number to receive the tracking number and updates on your order.
  • All the items displayed on villtage are preorder items unless stated otherwise.
  • It usually takes ten to fifteen working days upon your payment for items to be shipped and is subjected to custom clearance or logistics handling. By purchasing with us you agree to patiently wait for your items to be delivered to you in cases of delay due to any reasons.
  • Full payment must be made upon placing order and no refund/cancellation is allowed once payment made.
  • There may be cases where items are out of stock/shortlanded after order is placed. In cases where items are shortlanded/out of stock, you may choose to receive a voucher code or choose a replacement item. No cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of voucher code with same amount. Any separate shipping shall be borne by customers.
  • All the items are inspired pieces and are not affiliated to any brands in any way.
  • The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and have slight different due to editing and lighting, we cannot guarantee the display of any color will be accurate. However, we have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible.
  • Size measurement are laid flat and may have 1-3cm discrepancies due to human measurement and may not be considered as a defect.
  • Please understand that we don't do size exchange due to all preorder items are from overseas.
  • We advice that all items are handwashed and NOT soaked .We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (color runs, size shrinks..etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, we will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained. 
  • Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
  • Once the Despatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost or unclaimed parcel. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
  • For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
  • Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • Voucher/Discount Codes/Credit Notes/Gift Cards issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferrable in nature. Vouchers can only be extended to a maximum period of one year from the date of issue. If it is not utilized within the given timeframe, the amount will be forfeited. (unless otherwise stated). Vouchers/Discount Codes/Credit Notes/Gift Cards are only valid if they are inputted during check out. The value of each individual Voucher/Credit Note has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded. 
  • Refunds are on case by case basis. In cases where the order total falls below the promotion minimum amount and/or free shipping threshold after a refund is made, then the order shall be subjected to the prevailing product price and/or shipping rate.
  • Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
  • We reserve the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.

  • No urgent orders will be entertained for the preorder items.
  • Once customers paid for the products chosen, they are fully aware and understand with the shipping policy and will wait patiently for the shipping email notice.
  • Customers may choose the courier either Poslaju or J&T Express only.
  • Orders made on January-February will be delivered latest by end of April. This delayed happened because of the COVID 19 that has distrupted the production, shipping and logistics of the purchased items. We are now trying our best to deliver them to our customers as soon as possible


Return Policy

All items on Villtage are PREORDER based that may take up to 15 working days to be delivered to customers. Please read the informations and measurements of your purchase items carefully, as once the payment made, you will not eligible for refund and exchange.

Return of the purchased products only acceptable for following conditions:

1. The products received have defects such as holes, faulty stitching and wrong colours and size as per order.

2. Slight colour difference from the picture IS NOT considered as defects due to some lighting and editing.

3. Jeans that has no holes to button IS NOT considered as defects.

In case if the items purchased are out of stock after payment made, you may choose to replace the items with same price or lower price and the balance will be credited to you. No cash refund will be entertained.

After the customers received the tracking number through email, the items are fully under the customers responsibility. Any missing or damaged items received are no longer under Villtage responsibility. However, we will assist you to claim if any with the courier service.
